Miggie Migliaccio helped me both purchase and sell a condo unit. She performed excellently. On the purchase side, she helped locate the property, provided crucial insights into an appropriate offer and ensured that we were able to close while I was recovering from surgery and living in another state. She exemplified professionalism. Two years later, she was able to help us sell the condo above asking. The condo was priced fairly, but Miggie’s efforts generated additional interest and we benefitted from a price war. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I would give her 10 stars if that were an option.

Wholeheartedly recommend . I met Kevin summer of 2025 randomly after clicking on a home on zillow.com. He was the agent that picked it up. Little did I know how lucky I would become months later. It is tedious to detail the past months to the present, but I found a home and sold mine simultaneously. Kevin and his team were there the whole time. From preparing my home to sell while securing my new home, he was there through thick and thin. Never overbearing or pushy, never demanding. A man with integrity. As time went on here is what stood out: he will outwork, out-compete, and earn every bit of your sale or buy or both. He has a team in place for every step of the way. After about 300 phone calls between us over the course of 6 months, with time to reflect on the process after it is now said and done, I wholeheartedly, without pretension or hesitation recommend Kevin and the Faatz team. You will not be disappointed. I wrote this review not under duress nor for any monetary incentive. Only to give credit where credit is due. Kevin is the best I have seen and worked with (out of 4 realtors in my life). Kevin, Amanda, and the Faatz team, thank you!

She’s the best! . Cristina has been personable and professional since the first meeting we had with her. She consistently put us at ease during stressful processes and continuously put our best interests first. Through both the buying and selling process she’s been such a valued partner and we could not imagine doing this without her. Not only is she knowledgeable, she thinks outside the box and gets creative when needed. Clear guidance and great communication from start to finish! John was knowledgeable and went that extra mile to seal the deal. Amazing experience! . I was faced with an incredibly frustrating and difficult situation regarding the purchase of my home. In every single step of the process, Olivia was highly knowledgeable and maintained a level of patience and professionalism that kept me informed of my rights in a tenant to buyer arrangement. Best realtor to work with! Cheri helped me purchase a property long-distance. She sent listings that fit the profile I was looking for and conducted viewings on my behalf. As we went further into the process she identified opportunities to negotiate to get me the best deal. She also connected me with good mortgage brokers, attorneys and contractors. Flawless experience . Can’t give high enough praise to Olivia during this process. She spent in total over a year looking at houses with me. Her knowledge is unmatched in a very difficult market. She knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me avoid places that weren’t right for me. I never once felt pushed into making an offer on a house. I trusted her expertise and was comforted by her knowledge about the market and her attention to detail when it came to evaluating homes. Closing on my house was a breeze, and she kept me well informed and in the loop the entire time. I have already recommended her to several colleagues and friends. I’ve additionally had multiple close friends whom she has already helped purchase and sell houses, and have endorsed similar flawless experiences.
